The pillows were way too high and hard for my liking, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. Even the extras didn't help. If you're picky about pillows, you might want to prepare for a rough night!

the fast Wi-Fi provided in the database allowed me to stay connected effortlessly, enhancing my experience while working remotely.
I did notice that the bathroom's water pressure was slightly lower than expected. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly impact my overall stay.

The location is a solid win-easily accessible via tram to the city center and surrounded by charming cafes and shops. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, making it feel like a comfy home base during my city break. I genuinely appreciated the comfortable beds and blackout curtains that allowed for some good sleep after long days of exploring!
The service left much to be desired. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and not very accommodating when I needed help with a late checkout. Plus, my room was a bit dusty and not as clean as I'd hoped. All in all, it was a decent stay but could've been way better!
