The pillows were way too high and hard for my liking, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. Even the extras didn't help. If you're picky about pillows, you might want to prepare for a rough night!

the apartment was exceptionally comfortable with all necessary appliances, so that guests had essentials. location: the hotel was short walk to the tram system and the various corner shops and supermarkets in the vicinity, public transport, and a connected restaurant.

Had great-sized and perfectly appointed room with all necessary appliances, and I couldn't ask for more. There were a dishwasher, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge.

I had a lovely stay in a compact room with a great layout and a nice balcony. The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring. Just a heads-up about extra charges for pets and parking, but overall, it was a comfortable experience.

The service left much to be desired. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and not very accommodating when I needed help with a late checkout. Plus, my room was a bit dusty and not as clean as I'd hoped. All in all, it was a decent stay but could've been way better!

A very comfortable stay at a clean, hip new place with a huge variety of goodies for breakfast, and it's just 20 km from Essendon Fields airport making it easily accessible.

The rooms were tidy and new, including useful appliances like a dryer and washing machine.
